AMERICAN LEGION POST 80 TO BE RENAMED IN HONOR OF WEST VIEW MARINE
Post to be dedicated in honor of North Hills High School graduate, Sgt. Joseph D. Caskey
American Legion Post 80 in the North Hills will hold a dedication ceremony this coming Memorial Day to rename the post in honor of Marine Sgt. Joseph D. Caskey. Sgt. Caskey was a West View native and 2004 graduate of North Hills High School, who was killed in Afghanistan on June 26, 2010. The event will begin at approximately 12:45 PM, immediately following Post 80’s traditional Memorial Day service at the Laurel Gardens World War II monument, which begins at Noon. The public is welcomed to attend.
